Quarry Resort Matera, Matera

The dinner at the terrace restaurant was a true highlight of our stay. I indulged in the Orecchiette al Pezzente, which was bursting with flavor, and alongside a fantastic Tagliata di Manzo paired with a beautiful red Primitivo. The culinary experience was elevated by the lovely ambiance and a lovely view of the city as we dined.

I stayed in a Superior Double Room that was impressively spacious. The super king bed offered the perfect amount of comfort for a restful night. The ample room allowed for easy movement and added a luxurious feel to our stay, making it feel like a home away from home.

The hotel arranged for a swift shuttle service from the parking lot, taking all the stress out of our arrival. A staff member was waiting to greet us and handle our luggage, making the transition smooth and hassle-free, which made the start of our trip much more enjoyable.

The hotel provided excellent transport options to assist with accessibility concerns. Despite the location being somewhat challenging, the staff was attentive, ensuring we received the necessary support for a smooth arrival and departure.
